Note Rule 2022 Prep

• Keep notes atomic.
• Refactor to atomic notes(organize) will take a long time. Cannot do them in one day. Like learning a new language, or all kinds of training. So I'm doing it a little bit each day. Maybe needs a note to track them. (or better, add a "refactor date" in front-matter)
